Hello and welcome.

I have been a practicing therapist since January 2017.  I decided to become a therapist because the empathy for human suffering that my own challenges have given me.  I am particularly passionate about supporting trans, queer, neurodiverse, disabled, highly sensitive, and socially/politically active populations. I have accumulated years of trainings, supervision, and consultation, honing my skills as a therapist, and trying to learn how to best show up for my clients.

In my personal life I enjoy playing music, board games, meditating, spending time with animals, and in nature.
