Hello and welcome. I offer therapy in-person in Sonoma County, and over video chat throughout California, for Transgender, Queer, Neurodivergent, and Chronically Ill/Disabled folks. I am passionate about supporting folks navigating complex identities, navigating oppression, healing from trauma, and otherwise creating a life in this complicated world with honesty, authenticity, integrity, and joy.
I offer counseling for monogamous and non-monogamous couples and relationships, working primarily from a somatic Gestalt and EFT framework.
I offer individual therapy from a somatic relational framework. I work with folks from all kinds of intersections of identity and celebrate each individuals uniqueness and individual needs.
I facilitate support groups for folks with chronic illness/pain conditions, who are looking for group support and connection from those with shared lived experiences.
